Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis West is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. The role emphasizes high-quality personal care, companionship, and light household duties with a focus on safety and respect.

Shift 1:00-5:00PM, with weekly pay and training opportunities. Candidates should have caregiving credentials or be willing to obtain them, and must pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving client within the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming and dusting.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, shaving.
• Assist with medication reminders and exercises.
• Provide companionship activities like reading and music.
