Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA/Home Health Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-home personal care activities to assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers/moving client within the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dishes, cleaning).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Bathing, dressing, shaving as needed.
• Medication reminders.
• Assist with range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care and companionship activities.
