Seniors Helping Seniors Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK, USA, is seeking a compassionate Senior Caregiver to provide in‑home dementia care. This part‑time role offers flexible hours while delivering personalized support in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs/IADLs, meals, medication management, hydration, social engagement, and documentation. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team and may have access to ongoing training and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a dementia care setting.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transfer clients as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).

• Provide one‑on‑one care and support to clients with dementia, including ADLs and IADLs.
• Assist with daily routines, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with medication management and administration.
• Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with feeding and hydration.
• Encourage socialization and engagement through activities and conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure comprehensive care.
