Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Central Oklahoma in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time Senior Caregiver to provide in-home companionship, homemaker services, and personal care to seniors.

You will work closely with clients, follow care plans, assist with daily tasks, and support residents to maintain independence and dignity.

We offer flexible scheduling, a referral program, and a supportive team in a community-focused environment, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience.
• Criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid Driver's License with a reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Enjoy working with seniors and be a caring, empathetic, and compassionate individual.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and homemaker services, including light housekeeping, shopping, errands, medication reminders, overnight supervision, and incidental transportation.
• Assist with personal care tasks, such as dressing, feeding, showering/bathing, mobility assistance, toileting/incontinence, and memory care.
• Follow detailed instructions to execute our care plan and maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Be proactive and find ways to assist seniors beyond their assigned tasks.
• Provide a supportive and caring environment for seniors to maintain their independence and dignity.
