Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with seniors, preferably dementia care.
• Ability to lift, bend and transfer clients as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and support to clients with dementia, including ADLs/IADLs.
• Assist with daily routines: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with medication management and administration.
• Prepare meals and snacks, assist with feeding and hydration.
• Encourage socialization and engagement through activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive care.

As a Senior Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
