Seniors Helping Seniors Central Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide companion care to a senior client with dementia in Yukon, Oklahoma.

As part of a small team, you'll perform light homemaker tasks, assist with personal care, and engage clients in activities to brighten their day. This part-time role offers flexible hours and values patience, respect, and dependable service.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or experience caring for a loved one
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid Driver's License with a reliable vehicle and insurance
• Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the job
• Ability to follow detailed instructions to execute our care plan
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service and professionalism set by Seniors Helping Seniors

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and homemaker duties, including light housekeeping, shopping, and errands
• Assist with personal care duties, including dressing, feeding, showering/bathing, mobility assistance, toileting/incontinence, and memory care
• Engage in activities that bring joy and stimulation to the client, such as playing games, watching movies, or going for walks
• Document client's progress and daily activities
• Maintain open communication with the client's family and our organization

Job Summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Central Oklahoma is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide companion care to a senior client with dementia. As a Caregiver, you will be part of a team that brightens the lives of seniors by providing a helping hand and a friendly smile. Our caregivers, who are seniors themselves (aged 50+), make life a little easier by taking care of day-to-day tasks that become more challenging as seniors age.
