Charter Senior Living in New Lenox, IL is seeking a caring Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will provide hands-on assistance with daily activities and build meaningful connections with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA or HHA experience preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience is a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and services provided
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day
