Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide hands‑on resident care and companionship
• Support care plans and individualized needs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and services provided
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with nursing staff and leadership
• Create meaningful experiences for residents daily
