Charter Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to join our team. The role focuses on assisting residents in assisted living and memory care settings, building meaningful relationships, and honoring each resident’s life story and dignity.

Qualificações

• Previous caregiver experience or similar roles is preferred.
• Experience as CNA, PCA, HHA, or in senior living is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care and services provided.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and leadership.
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents daily.
