Job summary

Charter Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to support residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. You will provide hands-on care, build relationships, and help residents maintain dignity and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and services provided
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day
