Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors in a homecare setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, document changes in ISP, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.

Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining, and maintaining a clean environment are essential. Memory care experience is valued for enriching residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Age 18+ required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Document changes in an Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services; maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Provide enriching experiences for memory care residents living with memory loss.

Education
