Live Well Homecare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist seniors with daily living activities and personalize care plans. You will document changes, promote safety, and encourage independence while engaging residents in meaningful activities and dining support.

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, communicating clearly with families and care teams. Position requires a high school diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification or ability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• 18 years of age or older with compassionate, reliable demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ADL support (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care).
• Follow individualized service plans and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and communicate with families and care team.
• For Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
