Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living is a premier senior living community in Thornton, Colorado. The Care Provider delivers personal assistance and daily care to residents, supporting independence and quality of life in alignment with our mission and values.

You will assist residents with ADLs, respond promptly to needs, communicate changes to supervisors, maintain a safe environment, and promote teamwork across departments, ensuring compassionate, high‑quality care for every resident.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plans (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate observed or suspected changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperate with other departments to support residents.
