Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks a Care Provider at Oakmont of Lodi to deliver personal assistance and daily care, enhancing residents’ independence and quality of life in a compassion‑driven setting.

The role emphasizes ADLs support, safety, dignity, and respectful communication with residents, families, and staff. Training will be provided, with expected compliance to health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• COVID-19 vaccination or compliance may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as specified in the care plan.
• Respond to residents' needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report any change in residents' condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues.
