Oakmont Management Group seeks a caring Care Provider to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and daily care, enhancing independence and quality of life. You will work within a supportive team in a senior living environment, aligning with our mission and values.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, communicating changes, and maintaining safety. Experience is welcome but not required; we train the right candidate, and a high standard of empathy is essential for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and provide compassionate care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• May be required to follow COVID-19 or other safety protocols as per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate observed changes of condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
