Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Care Provider at an Oakmont Senior Living community in Denver. You will deliver personal assistance and daily care to residents to promote independence and quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and teamwork, with on-the-job training provided. Starting pay is $19.50/hour, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within our nationwide senior living network.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• Health/safety protocols may include vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) per the care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Notify supervisor of changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with coworkers and other departments.
