The Care Provider assists with Activities of Daily Living, responds promptly to resident needs, and helps maintain a safe, compassionate environment. We offer full-time or part-time roles, competitive hourly pay, benefits, and opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Background check and health screening required, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in ADLs as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Communicate changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
