Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents and assist with medications as indicated.
• Assist residents with meals and housekeeping as needed.
• Support individual and group social/recreational activities and encourage participation.
• Respond to emergency calls promptly.
• Maintain infection control procedures.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report as required.
• Uphold residents' dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality.
• Report abuse or suspected abuse to supervisor or agencies.
