Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities, including Memory Care.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
