Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to enhance residents’ quality of life through hands-on support and meaningful relationships.

You will assist residents with ADLs, follow individualized service plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in daily activities to enrich their experience. Benefits include health plans, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document any changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to enrich their experience.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• Create enriching experiences for memory care residents.

• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engage residents in conversation and daily activities to enrich their experience
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
