Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, Philadelphia, invites applications for a Senior Associate Director, Career Advisor, MSQF. This role reports to the Director of Student Advising and leads industry-based Connected Communities for MSQF, coordinating with clubs, alumni, Career Fellows, and the MSQF program team to support student job searches.

Qualifications

• MBA or other graduate degree strongly preferred with 5–7 years of recruiting or career coaching experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Previous managerial experience required; ability to work across multiple levels.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct student career advising in large group, small group, or individual sessions.
• Guide students through job search stages: self-assessment, exploration, résumés, networking, interviews.
• Manage employer relationships to support internships and full-time opportunities.
• Participate on project teams and coordinate with program stakeholders to ensure a cohesive student experience.
