Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree strongly preferred; 5–7 years in recruiting, job placement, career counseling, or coaching.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Previous managerial experience required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to interact across multiple levels and go above and beyond to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group career advising sessions (e.g., Advising Circles, Office Hours, appointments).
• Guide students through job-search stages: self-assessment, exploration, resume/cover letter, networking, interview prep.
• Coordinate relationships with employers to support internships and full-time opportunities for MSQF students.
• Develop and update MAP action plans, content, and resources for job-search success.
• Create timely communications across platforms to inform students and engage alumni and employers.
