Job summary

CrossReach invites a dedicated Senior Care Worker to lead care delivery and support colleagues in a person-centred environment. The role combines hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, drawing on your experience to coach others and maintain high care standards.

You will ensure safe medication administration, contribute to assessments and care plans, and uphold professional records and compliance. The organisation offers development opportunities and a supportive team ethos.

Job description

Great care starts with great leadership. As a Senior Care Worker, you'll help ensure residents receive the highest standards of care while supporting and encouraging colleagues to deliver their best every day.

What Your Day Could Look Like

• Support residents with personal care and daily living activities

About You

You will have experience working in a care setting and a strong understanding of person‑centred care. You'll be organised, dependable and confident supporting colleagues while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism. You must hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare and be willing to work towards, or already hold, an SVQ Level 4 qualification. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
