Job summary

Connaught Care Collection, a luxury all-inclusive care home group, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead on the floor, deliver person-centred care, and mentor care assistants. This role emphasizes compassionate leadership, high standards, and strong communication with residents and families.

You will oversee medication administration, care plans, risk assessments, and handovers, while maintaining records and upholding dignity and respect. DBS checks and UK right-to-work are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant with a Level 3
• Calm, confident leadership with empathy and integrity
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Passion for working with older adults and those living with dementia

What You’ll Be Doing:
