Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Therapeutic Recreation Aide to support the Therapeutic Recreation Director by delivering daily programs tailored to each resident's care plan. You will foster engagement, build relationships with residents and families, and help transport and support residents during events.

Role includes maintaining calendars, coordinating with volunteers, and documenting participation while upholding HIPAA and safety standards in a care-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare setting experience is beneficial.
• Clear English communication and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily therapeutic programming aligned with each resident's care plan.
• Facilitate group and one-on-one activities based on residents' interests and needs.
• Maintain activity calendars and adjust schedules as census changes.
• Assist with transporting and supporting residents during in-facility and off-site events.
• Document participation and progress, contributing to care coordination.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, infection control, safety protocols, and QAPI requirements.
