Job summary

CorsoCare in Michigan seeks a Senior Lead Caregiver to oversee 1440 care for residents and support the Personal Care Director with administrative duties. You will lead a team to deliver compassionate, individualized care while maintaining professional documentation and scheduling practices.

The role requires a CNA or equivalent background with leadership experience, and the ability to follow written care plans while ensuring resident dignity and safety. Weekend/on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant, Healthcare or Geriatrics experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions from the Personal Care Director.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and provides 1440 care for residents.
• Provide compassionate, competent care including bathing, meals, escorts.
• Maintain private and dignified resident care.
• Create and update resident care sheets; notify Laurus Home Care Leadership team of changes.
• Assist payroll and staff scheduling; back up Director as needed.
