Qualifications

• HS or GED required.
• 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred.
• CAN experience preferred; scheduling and communicating with families.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assisted Living team member schedules.
• Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents; manage ISP changes.
• Promote company policies to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Attend weekly risk meetings with leadership to highlight resident needs.
• Review processes for scheduling, showers, laundry, and caregiver assignments.
