Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Recruiting, Staffing, or HR; healthcare/home care a plus.
• Positive past experience of managing employees is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of hiring compliance, HIPAA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all open positions for new and existing clients are filled.
• Staffing open cases for your caseload and overload from other Care Managers.
• Coordinate with the Staffing department to Manage Employee Availability and Schedules.

Skills

Proficient with ATS/HRIS and productivity tools (Google Workspace)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, proactive, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Experience staffing caregivers

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, HR, or related field)
