Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care).
• Following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting changes accurately.
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engaging residents through conversation and activities to enhance quality of life.
• Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicating with families and care team members.
• Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings.
