Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, enhancing quality of life through personal care and companionship. You will assist with ADLs and document changes in ISP, ensuring accurate care records and assessments.

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences, promote safety and dignity, and support dining services while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Paid training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).
• Flexible, reliable caregiver with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and personal care.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence while following care plans.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Provide enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.
