Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat swallowing and communication disorders within senior living communities. You’ll work weekdays with no weekends, delivering individualized therapies and collaborating on care plans.

Qualifications

Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech-language pathology.
Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or ability to obtain prior to starting employment.
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidenced-based techniques.
Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP treatment programs based on full clinical evaluation.
Provide rehabilitative services under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
