Lake Ridge Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring a Scheduling Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving staffing challenges, coordinating caregiver schedules, and supporting quality resident care on a supportive campus.

You'll manage schedules, coordinate new hire training, assist with interviewing, and work on-call over weekends, with on-site hours and weekend duties. Lake Ridge offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or health care preferred.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to give directions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain caregiver schedules using applicable software.
• Schedule and coordinate new hire training.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring new staff.
• Be on-call over the weekend to schedule replacements and may work as a caregiver as needed.
• Assist with ordering of supplies.
• Collaborate with Housing Director and DHS to ensure staffing and resident care.
