Job summary

Lake Ridge Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring a Scheduling Supervisor to manage caregiver schedules, coordinate training, and assist with hiring. This role requires on-call weekend work and occasional caregiving to ensure resident needs are met.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a senior care environment preferred.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to show enthusiasm and a positive attitude at work.
• Excellent communication and ability to give clear directions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain caregiver schedules and templates using applicable software.
• Schedule and coordinate new hire training.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring new staff.
• Be on-call weekends and fill in as a caregiver when needed to ensure coverage.
• Assist with ordering of supplies.
• Lead and support staff to ensure quality resident care and smooth facility operations.
