SYNERGY HomeCare in Irving, TX is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to build referrals and drive growth in our community. Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role in-home care, healthcare, or related senior services preferred.
• Knowledgeable in healthcare and senior care industries with leverageable contacts.
• Experienced at cold calling and building relationships with referral sources.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet business development goals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, facilities, and physician offices.
• Complete daily face-to-face sales calls to generate business leads.
• Plan and organize community marketing events to boost visibility and opportunities.
