Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Home Care Liaison to act as the face of our trusted aging-at-home services in the community. You will forge strong referral partnerships, grow a resilient book of business, and ensure every new client receives our high‑quality, compassionate care.

Ideal candidates will have proven sales ability, exceptional communication, and a customer‑centric mindset. This role requires travel up to 75% and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored care solutions.

Qualifications

• One plus years of sales experience ideally in health care or related field.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Proficient in documenting sales activity timely and accurately.
• Current driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community referral sources and represent TheKey at events.
• Respond to inquiries, assess client needs, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure care plans meet client needs and share information promptly.
• Provide active relationship management for existing cases through home visits and meetings.
