Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Orlando, FL is seeking a Community Home Care Liaison to expand awareness of private duty home care services and build strong referral partnerships. You will connect seniors and families with personal, companion, and dementia care, while educating referral sources and driving growth in the private pay market.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of healthcare marketing or sales experience, strong relationship skills, and a passion for community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or healthcare admin.
• 3–5 years in sales or marketing, preferably in private duty home care or senior services.
• Proven ability to develop referral networks and grow partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development plans to raise private duty referrals.
• Cultivate relationships with ALFs, ILs, SNFs, and other referral sources.
• Promote private duty services including personal/companion care and dementia care.
• Conduct regular sales calls, facility visits, and networking activities.
• Deliver educational presentations to groups of referral partners and professionals.
• Track referral activity and outcomes using CRM and company systems.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational teams to ensure great client experiences.
• Represent Interim HealthCare at community events and health fairs.
• Stay informed about private pay home care trends and local market conditions.
