Responsabilidades

• Enter referrals into the appropriate portal and follow up on referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists, hospitals, and providers for patient appointments.
• Verify referral information for accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, providers, and insurers regarding referral status.
• Maintain patient records in the EHR system and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Prepare and submit reports on referral activities and outcomes.
• Visit outside healthcare offices for relationship-building as needed.
