Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to empower adult and geriatric patients through individualized therapy. You will work under a PT, following personalized plans to improve mobility, safety and independence in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy preferred.
• Active PTA license or license eligibility in the state of practice.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focusing on recovery, safety and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement and functional quality of life for adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress to adjust plans.
