Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will support independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will work under a Physical Therapist, assist in developing and adjusting treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with caregivers and nursing staff to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or license-eligible in the state of practice.
• Experience or interest in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist for adults and geriatrics.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery and long-term goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
