Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. invites Physical Therapists to join a compassionate team dedicated to improving the lives of senior patients. The role offers a patient-first approach with private treatment sessions and opportunities to grow within a not-for-profit environment.

The position allows a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays for full-time staff, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and licensure reimbursement. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Competenze

• Degree in physical therapy or related field.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Mansioni

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plans of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized attention through private sessions.
• Individualize treatment sessions to meet patient needs.
