Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a team dedicated to helping senior patients live their best lives.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401(k), and insurance options. You will deliver individualized treatment in private sessions within senior living communities and participate in care planning with a recovery-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one with private treatment sessions using a functional-based approach.
• Individualize treatment sessions for each patient.
