Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Physical Therapist to join a compassionate rehabilitation team serving senior residents. You will provide rehabilitative services under medical orders, plan and adjust treatment programs, and collaborate in clinical conferences to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Current Physical Therapy license in Texas, or ability to obtain before starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one, not in a group setting, with individualized attention through a functional based treatment approach.
• You have the ability to individualize treatment sessions!
