Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This on-site role focuses on delivering individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings, implementing treatment plans to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and provide education to patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in good standing.
• Experience with seniors in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred.
• On‑site role in Berkeley Township, NJ.
• Ability to implement PT treatment plans and document progress.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing/long‑term care.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training.
• Assist with functional activities and caregiver education.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and communicate with care team.
