Job summary
Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to provide on-site rehabilitative care for residents. You will deliver one-on-one therapies, implement treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications
- Associate’s of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Current license to practice as PTA in the state.
- Excellent interpersonal, clinical and computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with rehabilitative services for residents as part of a coordinated team.
- Provide one-on-one therapy services focused on functional, patient-centered care.
- Mentor and gain hands-on experience with innovative therapeutic techniques.
- Support career development and clinical interest through on-site training.
