Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's degree required.
- Current license in state of practice.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency required.
Responsibilities
- Assist rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated on-site team.
- Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services focusing on holistic, patient-centered care.
