Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitative care team. You will provide one-on-one therapy, support residents' functional goals, and collaborate with therapists under medical orders.

This role promotes a patient-centered approach and opportunities to grow clinically. This position follows a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends or major holidays, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including licensure reimbursement

Qualifications

• Associate's of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Share your skills and training as a valued member of our on-site rehabilitative care team by assisting with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents, administering functional treatments that emphasize a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
