The position emphasizes building relationships with patients, learning new care delivery methods, and contributing to a team dedicated to improving quality of life.

Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice or ability to obtain before starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one, with individualized attention through private sessions and functional-based approaches.
• Individualize treatment sessions to meet patient needs.
