Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice or ability to obtain before employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one with individualized sessions and functional-based approaches.
