Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver/Resident Assistant in Mahomet, IL to provide daily care for residents. You will help with bathing, dressing and mobility, and maintain accurate care records. The role requires compassion, reliability and teamwork to support residents and families.

You must be 21+, have a HS diploma, and pass health and background checks. Excellent communication with staff and the public is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and complete state-required training.
• Must show compassion for the elderly and be able to work in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and the public.
• Must pass health requirements and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents with daily activities.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
• Keep proper care records and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Interact with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
