Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver/Resident Assistant to provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities and mobility. You will maintain compassion and professionalism while supporting residents in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include documenting care, communicating with families and staff, and ensuring resident comfort and safety. A HS diploma and health requirements are required; 21+ years old. Meridian is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of required state training.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong communication with residents, families, staff, vendors and public.
• Honesty, reliability and respect for privacy and confidentiality.
• Must meet health requirements and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes in resident conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
